I was told that I had a collapsed main line by a different plumber, but Underground Connections came out and it was just lots and lots of root balls. They cleared it out, and they were professional and very helpful. I’m very relieved.

I called Underground Connections looking for an alternative/second opinion for the outrageous quote I was given by a big name company to replace my main sewer line immediately.

Tom came to my house within 15 minutes of my call to drop a camera down and have a look around. He said the root clog was not cleared and should have been before any determination of the state of my line had been made. When the other company manager gave me hassle about coming back out to finish the job, Tom came back out later that day, cleared the line and checked it with the camera. He told me my line was fine. Old but fine. I even got a fun video of my clear sewer line to show all my friends and family!
In all seriousness, at some point down the road I will need a line replacement and I will be calling Underground Connections when that time comes.

Sewer Pro came out 2 years ago, used a camera and cleaned my drain with the high pressure water after a back up.
Just had them out again to camera and get rid of roots. They showed up on time both times and did what they said they were gonna do. Their price is extremely fair. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Always overly fair with hours and billing. They actually warranty their jetting service which is unheard of. And they have technologies that allow repairs with less excavation. Their my first call when I have sewer issues for my city school district

Wow. Two companies came out and told me I’d need $20k+ worth of work on my old line—I’d had a clog and they told me the line was in danger of collapse and they recommended lining asap. The UC owner came out and looked at the line with a camera, same as the other companies, and said it was in fantastic shape and would last a long time without problems. He identified the problem and told me how to avoid clogs in the future without any work needing to be done. Highly recommended.

We had a challenging job with a cracked sewer line that was directly under our addition. Other companies came out and gave us ridiculously high quotes and were going to tear up our basement and yard and leave us to clean up the mess. Underground Connections came and assured us they could line the old tile and everything would be fine; no reason to go overboard. The price was significantly lower than had we gone to the extent some of these other companies wanted us to go to. We really appreciated UC's honest approach and they didn't try to take advantage of us and our situation. The work was done quickly and professionally and the disruption to our daily living was hardly noticeable. I can't recommend this company enough if you find yourself in a tough situation!

One of those things you hope to never need- sewer pipe repair! But if you do, this is who you should call! I felt confident they knew what they were doing and the price was fair. They came quickly and did exactly what they said they would and did a nice job cleaning up after.

We were having sewer problems and backed up into our basement. Tom came out same day and put a camera down the sanitary sewer line. He found the problem and gave us an estimate to reline our sewer. The sewer goes under a really large beautiful tree in our front yard. Underground Connections was able to reline the pipe without disturbing the tree. Trenchless is a way better method compared to the old ways of fixing sewers. We would have had to cut that tree down! Crew was great too!

They were recommended to us and were very easy to work with. Explained everything so we knew what to expect. The crew was very nice and Megan in the office was amazing! We had a few glitches with scheduling due to construction around our house but she stayed in touch with us and was always so sweet. Would highly recommend!

THEY SAVED ME OVER $10,000!!!! That's right, they did so by being honest. I was told by two other companies that my old clay sewer pipes were in dire need of repair and failure could happen at any moment. They told me my pipes were the worst they've seen that didn't need to be immediately replaced and that I was on borrowed time. But then Underground Connections came out and looked at my pipes. Tom, the owner, looked me in the face and said there was nothing wrong with my pipes and that the other guys tried to pull a fast one on me. In fact, my pipes could last another 30 years with regular cleanings. When I heard this, I was enraged that the other two companies lied to my face but was extremely grateful that there is an honest man running an honest company out there that don't make a living off of lies and taking advantage of people. Underground Connections has earned a customer for life and I will recommend them as the first and only company a friend needs to call. I suggest that if you are in need of sewer or pipe work, call this company!
